Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

MMV Firm (“MMV,” “we,” “us”) builds private, on-premise AI for organizations whose data cannot live in someone else’s cloud. We care about privacy because it is our product. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website at mmvfirm.com (the “Site”).

Scope. This policy covers only the Site. The custom AI systems we build and deploy inside our clients’ own environments run on their hardware, within their walls, under separate written agreements, and are not governed by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request our materials, or otherwise reach out through the Site (for example, through our contact or pitch-request forms, or by emailing us), we collect what you choose to provide. This is typically your name, email address, company or organization, job title or role, and the contents of your message. Investor or partnership inquiries may include additional details you decide to share.

Information collected automatically. Like virtually every website, when you visit the Site our hosting provider records basic technical information for security, reliability, and abuse prevention, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and tracking. The Site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile you. We use only the minimal cookies, if any, required for the Site to function and stay secure.

How we use information

We use the information you provide and that we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, pursue a potential relationship, and meet our legal and operational needs, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Information you submit through our forms is transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but protecting data is central to how we operate.

Your choices and rights

If we send you marketing emails, you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in that message or by emailing us. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your information. We will honor these rights as required by applicable law. Just contact us.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
